Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC has been founded by three individuals who collectively have more than 75 years experience in healthcare and nearly thirty-five years in providing medical services in the post-acute and long-term care area of medicine – also known as skilled nursing or nursing home communities. The company is led by our President, Mr. Wayne Mannie who has over forty-five years in the business and banking community, and who has a clear understanding of how to run a successful business. The senior leadership of the company shares a common vision and goal, to truly make and keep commitments while delivering a high level of quality services to the patients we serve and the facilities we support.

Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC is a medical company that is led by physicians and healthcare specialists who are from this industry. They share an intimate knowledge of the challenges faced by skilled nursing facilities and patients in coordinating and providing medical care. The owners of Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC share a common set of values and beliefs that ALL patients deserve the best of care ALWAYS regardless of their situation.

Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC provides medical services to one of our most vulnerable populations in healthcare – patients who are recovering from acute illnesses; patients who require additional specialty services such as dialysis, mental health evaluation and treatment; specialty care such as nephrology and related illness such as cardiac or pulmonary diseases; wound care and mental health services.  Recently added to the portfolio of services is Infection Control Consultation in contracted facilities.  These services are provided by a Registered Nurse specializing in this area and delivers tailor-made resources depending on the facilities needs.
