Dr. Flemming is a board-certified family medicine physician with several subspecialty areas in medicine. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of the company. Prior to assuming this role, he served a distinguished career in the United States Army before retiring at the rank of Brigadier General. He was subsequently appointed to a two-star billet by protocol as an ambassador serving the United States Army Reserve. He is a senior physician executive with over forty years of experience in medicine and has worked in the post-acute/long-term care specialty area as an Attending Physician, Regional Medical Director for the largest privately owned skilled nursing home company in the United States and as Chief Medical Officer for two post-acute medical groups, two physician network systems, a health insurance company, and senior leader in one of our major regional hospital systems. He has served as an elected official at the state and local level and served as a university president. In addition to being an Attending Physician, Dr. Flemming oversees the medical and clinical staff and is responsible for the overall operations of the company.

Prior to joining Pacific Medical Specialty Medical Group, LLC, Dr. Minn worked as an in-patient/out-patient consultant and oversaw the dialysis of patients from skilled nursing homes in the hospital/out-patient setting. Dr. Minn is responsible for the clinical implementation of specialty services.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has led several organizations as a chairman, President or senior leader. He is the Founding President of the company. Before assuming this position, he served as the Senior Vice President for Columbia Bank. In addition to his role as the company’s President, he oversees the administrative, operational and financial areas of the company.

Brenda Evans is an executive with over thirty-one years in various leadership roles with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the United States to include customer service to the majority of skilled nursing homes in the State of Washington and many others throughout the United States. She is the Senior Vice President for Customer Service and Acquisitions. She is the primary conduit for customer care between the contracted facilities and the company in addition to overseeing acquisitions for the company.
