Dr. Flemming is a board-certified family medicine physician with several subspecialty areas in medicine. He serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company. Prior to assuming this role, he served in the United States Army before retiring at the rank of Brigadier General. He was subsequently appointed to a two-star billet by protocol as an Ambassador serving the Army Reserve. He has worked in the post-acute/long-term care specialty area as an Attending Physician, Regional Medical Director for the largest privately owned skilled nursing home company in the United States and as Chief Medical Officer for two post-acute medical groups. In addition to being an Attending Physician, Dr. Flemming oversees the medical and clinical staff and is responsible for the medical operations of the company.

He serves as the Senior Vice President & Director of the Nephrology Division. Prior to joining Pacific Medical Specialty Medical Group, LLC, he worked as an in-patient/out-patient consultant and oversaw the

He serves as the Senior Vice President & Director of the Nephrology Division. Prior to joining Pacific Medical Specialty Medical Group, LLC, he worked as an in-patient/out-patient consultant and oversaw the dialysis of patients from skilled nursing homes. Dr. Minn is responsible for the clinical implementation of nephrology services as well as on-site dialysis services.

Before assuming this position, he served as the Senior Vice President for Columbia Bank. In addition to his role as the company’s President, he oversees the administrative, operational and financial areas of the company.
