1 position

Provide comprehensive clinical care in skilled nursing facilities, serving as Medical Director for assigned sites. Evaluate and examine patients; order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests; apply evidence-based medicine to diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans; prescribe medications and therapies; educate patients on treatment and health maintenance; coordinate referrals; manage medical supplies; and ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and record completion daily 


2. Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Anchorage, Alaska

1 position

Provide comprehensive geriatric-focused NP/PA care in skilled nursing facilities by obtaining histories and examining residents; ordering, interpreting, and documenting studies; and applying evidence-based guidelines to manage acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and therapies, coordinate referrals, and educate residents and families on care plans and health maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary SNF teams, peer providers, and supervising physicians daily onsite care!
